Service Description

A relaxing and nurturing class with sound healing. 1 hour full of stretching and relaxation will help you to clear your mind and get aligned. Sebastian from @metabear will be our guest to practice sound therapy. He plays Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, hand-pan and other instruments during our session. Don't miss this amazing experience! All equipment will be provided. Looking forward to seeing you.
