1-hour private yoga sessions will help you to do a body scan and be even more mindful about your joints, muscles and limbs. Where you are holding the tension and how to release it while stretching deeply. When you are being instructed 1-1 it is possible to adjust the class due to your needs and current situation on that day. Acu-Yoga will be added. (Pressure points for internal organs) A personalized guided meditation will be practiced due to your chakra concerns. Enjoy your one to one time and fully relaxed!
